In no particular order, my favorite moments...that I can remember: Resistance 3 gameplay, ME3 trailer, Elder Scrolls, Prototype 2.
My least favorite moments: The guys dancing at the beginning, most of the celeb presenters and UC3 announcement. Don't get me wrong, UC3 news is great, but shouldn't they have shown WAY more gameplay? If UC3 was the reason for MS skipping out with the Gears surprise, then MS should smack itself and consider itself punk'd. I say this...

Did you guys and gals not read up on the game or read reviews before buying it? I don't go by reviews on games on other platforms because you can try the demo or rent the game before purchasing. But demos or lite version of games for the iPhone don't come out until after a game has been out for a while, if at all.

They forgot to mention one of the female characters. The boomer lady makes it a total of 3 females so far.
Gears multiplayer is very unique. You won't find anything else like it anywhere. If Unreal Tournament and Madden Football had a baby they'd produce Gears.

I was getting ready to ask people if they meant that they want MS to release new IPs or games because like you said, Reach and Fable just came out and are on point to do the usual numbers they do. But if its new Ips then they're confusing MS with Sony. MS usually doesn't announce new games more than a year away from release date and usually it is a firm release date to look forward to.
I didn't agree or disagree with you, but I found your point about shooters not being as violent as God of War interesting. Thats one of the reasons I can't fully appreciate first person shooters. There isn't too many things you can do in those types of games, except shoot. Which means they have to make up for that in different areas. And thats also a reason why I love 3rd person shooters more; like Gears and Uncharted. Someone, somewhere stated that all 3rd person shooters should ...
